All of the images that we display on this website are as close to their true appearance as photography permits. Certain gemstones can appear different in natural light and artificial light; therefore, we cannot be held liable for any differences in appearance you feel that the piece may have in-person compared to in the images on our website.

As much as we strive to avoid it, our website may occasionally contain technical or typographical errors.

William Welstead Ltd is the owner of the copyright for all design and images on this website, as well as all of the images and material published on it. You may print or download material from our website; however, you may not modify it in any way once printed or downloaded. Payment and confirmation

Payment by the client must be received in full before we can accept and process your order.

Once payment has been received we will confirm with you via the email address that you have provided us with.

Our confirmation with you brings about a legally binding contract between us. Our clients should have total confidence that their chosen piece will not be available to any further buyers.

This also applies to the content on our website; we may change, withdraw or discontinue pieces that you may have seen on our website either due to the pieces in question being sold or due to our own conscious decision to change the content of our website.

Pricing

The prices payable for pieces are laid out on our website and include free shipping.

All of our prices are in UK pounds and include VAT (the UK sales tax currently at 20%).

If we ship to an address outside the EU you will be billed without VAT but you will then be responsible for any customs duty or local taxes payable on arrival.
